Mr. DINESH MISHRE – MEMBER
Dinesh was born in Suriname, but grew up in the Netherlands. As a teenager Dinesh used to visit Aruba and Curaçao often as he had relatives living here. He did not have to think twice when he got the opportunity to work on the islands. Dinesh lives in Curaçao as of 2006.
Dinesh holds a Master in Dutch Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and an Advance Master in Air and Space Law from Leiden University. Dinesh started his career in the Netherlands at a law firm that also had a trust company. From 2006 – 2011 Dinesh worked at VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne in Aruba and Curaçao. In 2011 Dinesh joined Spigt Dutch Caribbean where he became a partner in 2014.
Although Dinesh’ practice mainly focuses on corporate and financial law, such as financing transactions and takeovers, he is regarded to be an expert in the field of aviation law and maritime law. He has a well-established network within both areas. As a board member of CIFA Dinesh wants to contribute to the further development of these areas for the Curaçao financial and economic sector.
