Right to vote The right to vote is reserved to the
registered contact person at the membership company,
in case of inability of registered CIFA contact person to
attend the General Members’ Meeting, another registered

CIFA contact person may be authorized, using the
attached authorization form. A contact person
can cast a maximum of 5 votes for other members.
Please register the authorization forms before
November 3th, 2023 at CIFA.
